ROW DTLA is a 30-acre commercial, retail, and culinary development in the heart of historic Downtown Los Angeles. Inspired by the area's iconic row warehouses, RoAndCo partnered with Atlas Capital and Runyon Group to create an identity system, street nomenclature, on-site wayfinding graphics, and collateral to transform a once-industrial neighborhood into a vibrant and culture-filled destination.

ROW DTLA's logo is both a literal and metaphoric interpretation of the word ground-breaking, reflecting the grand nature of the ROW DTLA footprint. The branding and illustrations celebrate the vibrant, sun-drenched pastel tones of Downtown L.A., also drawing inspiration from the neighborhood’s layers of history. The three-dimensional architectural illustrations allude to ROW DTLA being more than just a place of interest, but an impactful artistic experience.
