With a new creative director at its helm — Nicola Glass — Kate Spade wanted to evolve its brand along with its collection, and called on RoAndCo to help execute that vision. We worked closely with the Kate Spade team, defining the website's taxonomy and user experience to improve conversions without having to restructure its existing CMS, and implementing a mobile-first approach. We then established a fresh-feeling digital flagship for the company that highlights its playful brand vision. Seamlessly integrating product, key editorial moments, and cross-promotional opportunities, the website balances e-commerce best practices with evocative brand storytelling.
