Our Edmont Society logo was on display Monday night adorning the entrance and stage at the Friars Club for the Edmont Society Affair. The benefit fundraiser for readers and writers turned out to be quite a special night with a performance by rapper Common as well as a poetry reading by one of the greatest voices in contemporary American literature, Maya Angelou. Thanks goes out to the lovely Stephanie LaCava for getting us involved.
