“As the official wrangler of tickets for the Fashion and Accessories team here at Teen Vogue (and unofficial wranglers for some of my favorite directors in other departments), I get to see hundreds of invites to all the best (and most bizarre) shows and events every season. This season, many designers are taking the more cost-conscious and ecological route of sending out e-vites, which is very practical but takes away some of the magic of fashion week, in my opinion. That’s why it’s so nice to see a young new label take creative liberties with a most unusual invitation –a recycled paper tetrahedron containing an adorable air plant. Very apropos for Bodkin’s fashion week presentation at the Horticultural Society of New York!”

“Bodkin—These 3D invitations hand-delivered math and science right into our offices. The tetrahedron-shaped invite comes with a surprise inside— an air plant (fear not, New Yorkers, they need no natural sunlight or soil). Appropriately, the show will be held at the Horticultural Society of New York.”
